Donny Walker has quietly become the number one offensive football consultant in the country. Since branching out on his own in 2007, Walker has gone from operating camps and consultations to buying the company in 2012. Now, he not only works across the country helping clients become more efficient and productive offensively, he has also worked with many top QBs 1 on 1, and consults with top college and high school programs as well. The System Camps has branched out to offer position specific camps, individual team camps, multi team camps, film review, and individual team consultations. His recent post as Offensive Coordinator for the United States Military Academy Sprint Football team produced an UNDEFEATED season averaging 45.5 ppg and leading the league in many other categories- including 3rd down conversions, red zone offense, passing, completion percentage and more. Being back on the sidelines calling plays again has provided Donny the opportunity to experiment and come up with new and exciting ways to practice and score more points!

Walker became the offensive coordinator at Marion County High School in Kentucky in 2001. Within 2 years the offense went from 18 points per game to 35. Moving on to become the head coach of a struggling Franklin County High School program, Walker spear headed a quick turnaround. Improving from 0-10 the season before, the Flyers went 7-4 and qualified for the playoffs in just his first year! Franklin County improved steadily throughout Walker’s tenure, averaging more than 40 points per game and giving up only 15 in his final season. Walker was named class 3A District coach of the year twice in four years, compiling a 74% winning record.

In 2007 Donny left the high school ranks to go to work with then Troy University offensive coordinator, Tony Franklin. Walker took over all consulting duties, organized all summer camps and coordinated all the TFS seminars. This enabled him to work across the country with teams from at least 34 states, helping as many as 21 teams play for state championships. Donny has directly helped at least one team every year play for a championship. Teams from Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Virginia, New York, Oregon, Connecticut, Tennessee, Idaho, California, Wisconsin and Vermont have all called upon Donny during post season playoff runs.

Walker has helped 2 nationally known BCS offensive coordinators refine their offenses and fix some of their fundamental issues. Walker is one of the highest paid football consultants in the country primarily because of his track record of helping high school football programs immediately turn their programs around, as well as helping college coaches find hidden issues that otherwise wouldn’t have been discovered.

Using anywhere from 1 to 5 days either performing onsite camps or consulting, Walker takes the offense and installs it for teams in a high scoring method, which shocks his clients. In 2012 Walker consulted for Franklin to help create an offense, which ranked number one in scoring and number 1 in total offense in the country. The 51.5 points per game, which Franklin’s Louisiana Tech offense produced, was the fifth highest scoring offense in the history of college football.

The offense Donny teaches has dramatically changed over the last 10 years to adapt to each schools talent. He has worked with teams of all talent levels with all personnel scenarios- he can help with empty sets, 1, 2 and 3 back sets, tight end  and big set schemes. The offense includes an extensive screen game, play action, roll outs and bootlegs, pass protection schemes for any formation, drop back and quick passing game, run game, plus how to practice, implement, and make the offense work for your team.

Donny has worked with individuals, small groups, small schools, big schools, and organized team camps up to 800 players. One of his strengths is finding ways to maximize the quality of the experience by tailoring camps to fit player/coach needs. By increasing the number of repetitions each player gets and only hiring the very best coaches, ensures everyone gets coached every play! He also helps develop young coaching talent, honing their skills to help them become better coaches and land great jobs. Many former camp coaches have gone on to work at top BCS conference schools, smaller colleges and even obtain premier high school jobs.
